Get along little bloggie

Oh hello little bloggie! I have so missed you! It feels so great to F-I-N-A-L-L-Y sit down in my comfy computer chair, listening to nothing but the tapping of the keys, my own thoughts, and a little Martina McBride. Yep, this is my idea of relaxing!

So enough about that - I am looking forward to having time for this more often since I will be full-time employed for the first time in two years at ONE job starting next week! I did not get the job with Metro Public Schools; I kind of put all my eggs in one basket (or school) and that school went Title I the very day I finally had an interview scheduled. Title I schools are required to have all fully certified staff, which I am not. So there it is. I actually wasn't upset. In fact, I had and have a real peace about not getting hired. God has a pattern of speaking to and confirming things with me in this way. I am just so glad to have a new job to go to! I start as the full-time lead teacher in the Froggie classroom at the day-care I have been working at in the afternoons next Monday. I am really very excited to have my own classroom, to work with a phenomenal group of women, and for the chance to grow as a mother and teacher. Most of all, I am so excited for Jonah. He will be there all day too for 1/2 the price. I think he's going to benefit from the structure and the great teachers! So, I am very very blessed.

Now I am sitting here thinking of something to write about, and I am drawing a complete blank. So, I hope you all enjoy boring post....better posts to come, I promise!
